About You
- 5–8+ years of experience in tech, preferably in business operations, program management, or product ops roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a Chief of Staff to a C-level executive or senior leadership team.
- Strong understanding of technology and software development processes within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong program/project management skills with experience supporting or partnering with engineering and product teams.
- Expert in tools like Jira, Aha!, or other Project Portfolio Management platforms.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and OKRs.
- Comfortable with financial and audit-related workflows, budgeting, and resource planning.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
