About the Role
As a Technology Analyst 2 (Human-Centered Design), you will collaborate with business managers and IT professionals to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your responsibilities will include work planning, technical problem solving, supporting team members in interface design, and overseeing data exchange operations. You will also create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance user experiences, coordinate system upgrades, and conduct usability assessments.
About You
Required:
- Six (6) years of broad information technology (IT) experience.
- At least two (2) years of specialized experience in Human-Centered Design analysis or a related technical role.
Preferred:
- Relevant Human-Centered Design certification from recognized institutions.
- Experience with web page design and graphical user interfaces.
- Technical proficiency in Human-Centered Design tools.
- Fluency in CSS, HMI, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
