About the Role
As a Technician, you will be responsible for sorting and preparing inbound materials such as electronics and household items, ensuring they are correctly categorized and processed. Your daily tasks will include disassembling components, packaging products for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will work across various positions including Shredder, Sorters/Pickers, and Recovery, contributing to the recycling process and ensuring operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable with a strong emphasis on punctuality and attendance.
Preferred:
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Excel and other Microsoft products.
- Interest in technical work such as cars or computers.
- Bilingual skills with basic English proficiency.
