About the Role
As a Technician 1 - Venipuncture, you will be responsible for approaching patients in a friendly and respectful manner, verifying patient identification, performing phlebotomy on patients of all age groups, maintaining a clean work environment, and following safety policies. You will also assist with training new personnel and complete educational requirements as assigned.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy on patients of all age groups.
Preferred:
- Prior phlebotomy experience.
