You will also assist in creating technical documentation and provide feedback to product development teams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2+ years of technical support experience with a proven track record of issue resolution.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of eCommerce flows such as product configuration in databases.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems.
