Adtran is seeking a Technical Services Engineer - OSA to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The role involves providing phone and occasional field support to users of ADTRAN hardware, specifically focusing on FSP150 and Oscilloquartz products.
About the Role
As a Technical Services Engineer, you will serve as an extension of the global ADTRAN Sales Team for post-sales activity. Your responsibilities will include providing remote support, fielding support calls, replicating customer network setups, testing field issue fixes, and assisting in training other team members. You will also produce technical documentation and track software releases while driving new product enablement and service improvements.
About You
Required:
- 5-8 years of relevant, professional experience required.
- Familiarity with networking technologies.
- Excellent self-study skills to develop and maintain an understanding of new technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively and anticipate problems.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
Preferred:
- Experience with ADTRAN products.
