About the Role
As a Technical Sales Advisor, you will work closely with the sales team to assist in client engagements, providing strategic support during the sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include leading proposal support, completing solution design work, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the payments industry.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Science, Engineering or Computing.
- Minimum 10+ years relevant experience in the credit card industry, including issuer processing and fraud management.
Preferred:
- Experience in the payments industry, particularly in ecommerce and mobile.
- Knowledge of card programs, market trends, and issuer pain points.
- Understanding of cloud computing, big data, and APIs.
- Experience presenting to mid-level and senior audiences.
- Strong writing skills for proposals and presentations.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and build relationships.
