- 1-3 years of related recruiting experience, with prior experience in technical roles a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills.
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
- Knowledge of the Architectural Engineering Consulting industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable coming into the office 4 days a week.
