As a Technical Project Manager, you will coordinate and manage all project activities across development, middleware, and monitoring teams. Your responsibilities will include facilitating middleware integration planning, collaborating with internal and external teams, driving the adoption of Dynatrace monitoring, preparing PowerPoint presentations for status updates, and maintaining project documentation.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in Project or Program Management (middleware projects).
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across geographically distributed teams.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for professional, executive-level presentations.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Technically savvy, with the ability to understand middleware integration concepts and monitoring tools.
- Experience working with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
- Ability to influence, follow up, and drive deliverables in multi-team environments.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in middleware technologies (e.g., TIBCO, Kafka, MQ, Coherence).
- Knowledge of Dynatrace reporting and dashboards.
- Background in application performance monitoring or SRE practices.
