About You
- Demonstrated experience in data center infrastructure or cloud hardware environments.
- Proven success in leading RMA processes, hardware maintenance, or logistics programs.
- Strong project management skills with ability to navigate competing priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Proficient in ticketing systems, workflow optimization, and data tracking.
- Experience with GPU-based infrastructure or high-performance computing (HPC).
- Exposure to DCIM platforms and infrastructure tool development.
- Experience scoping requirements for internal operational tools.
