- Extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, including process development and optimization.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Previous experience in overseeing technical operation teams.
