About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or relevant technical discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC design, asset management, operations, or reliability maintenance.
- Experience in managing multiple programs or projects with effective time management skills.
- Experience in design, operation, or maintenance of mechanical HVAC systems.
- Understanding of psychometrics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements including IBC, NEC, ASME, NFPA, and ASHRAE.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional Engineering (PE) License, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), or LEED accreditation.
- Six Sigma/Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
- Familiarity with automated building controls (Building Management System).
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as SAP or Maximo.
