About the Role

As a Technical Data Analyst, you will architect and develop data transformation pipelines, analytics, insights, and dashboards. You will work in an agile manner to deliver meaningful value to internal customers, manage your own time and workstream, and ensure data essential to measuring the business and product is captured effectively. You will also design, develop, deploy, and maintain analytics pipelines, work with BI tools to build and maintain key outputs, perform ad hoc research and analysis, and teach technical and non-technical users how to work with various Flourish data resources.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, engineering or math or equivalent experience.
5+ years working in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, data science or similar related technical work.
Ability to pass a fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA.

Preferred:

Strong skills with SQL and data transformation frameworks (e.g. DBT, SQLmesh).
Experience working with BI visualization tools (e.g. QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
