About the Role
As a Technical Advisor for Energy Storage Systems Safety, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership in identifying key stakeholders, developing educational programs, and delivering presentations to various audiences. You will represent PNNL on technical committees, support battery safety efforts for deployment projects, and manage relationships with key associations and government agencies. The position requires collaboration with other national laboratories and project teams, with an expected travel of 25%.
About You
Required:
BS/BA and 11 years of relevant experience -OR- MS/MA or higher and 9 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
Engineering or Science degree with 10 or more years of experience.
Experience in developing and delivering technical training materials in both instructional and conference presentations.
Experience in leading facilities, equipment, and personnel development for energy storage.
Experience in code development in the ES field.
Proven leadership in energy storage and energy industry events.
