About the Role
As a Support Services and Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering quality support, resolving issues impacting business processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will manage technology projects post-transition and ensure successful deployment to the user community, while adhering to service level agreements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in SAP Operations or running SAP projects
- Expertise in Application Management
- Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations
- Proficiency in Stakeholder Management and Technology Service Management
Preferred:
- Experience managing technology projects and post-transition support
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with SAP ERP systems, preferably S/4Hana
