As a Team Lead, you will manage day-to-day activities of the team, motivate team members, delegate tasks, conduct training, and maintain production records. You will also contribute to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement goals while ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to establish credibility and be decisive.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to be attentive to accuracy and detail.
- Demonstrated dedication to Safety Procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word and Excel.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of duties with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
