About You
- High School Diploma or Associate's degree in Health Information Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Health Information Management role, Patient Access Department, or a Physician Practice/Clinic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems and related workflow.
- Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance.
- Strong team building skills and a positive attitude.
