About the Role
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for completing intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family counseling. You will also liaise with mental health courts, attend training sessions, and support consumers at risk of self-harm or hospitalization. The position requires availability for 24/7 service delivery, including both telephone and face-to-face interactions.
About You
Required:
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist by the Georgia Composite Board.
- At least 1 year of experience in Intensive Family Intervention or Substance Abuse.
Preferred:
- Licensed Associate Professional Counselor under a clinical supervision plan approved by the GA Composite Board.
- Knowledge of community resources and cultural diversity.
