About the Role

Your responsibilities will include managing tax projects, developing and training staff, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and applying strategic tax planning to minimize clients' tax liabilities. You will also engage with clients, identify new business opportunities, and supervise a team while participating in firm leadership meetings.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, or MBA/MBT.
Current CPA, EA, or JD license.
6 – 10 years of experience in Tax, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Advanced proficiency in accounting and tax software programs.

Preferred:

Demonstrated progression in complexity, scope, and number of projects and clients managed.
Strong communication and organization skills.
