About the Role
As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and examining financial statements, performing general ledger accounting tasks, creating processes to improve financial efficiency, and communicating with clients. You will also prepare various tax returns and engage in tax planning and bookkeeping activities.
About You
Required:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or candidate.
- Two years of experience with preparation of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
Preferred:
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, UltraTax, Accounting CS, Fixed Assets, MS Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial data.
