About the Role
As a Talent Strategist, you will lead the identification and operationalization of talent trends and future-of-work disruptors. You will serve as the point of contact for data and insights, shaping the ecosystem for talent acquisition, development, and retention at Google. Your responsibilities include exploring AI and advanced analytics to enhance talent solutions and ensuring alignment with Google's long-term business goals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a human capital consulting or talent role with a focus on organizational transformation.
- Experience with data analysis and applying technology (e.g., AI, ML) to solve talent issues.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience identifying workforce trends to develop talent strategies.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or PhD in a related field (e.g., Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, Human Resources Management).
- Experience in a 'futurist' or foresight role within a large, complex organization, specifically related to talent or organizational design.
- Ability to design and pilot innovative talent solutions from concept to scaled implementation, demonstrating measurable impact.
- Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries.
- Deep expertise in key talent and career trends, skills-based organizations, hyper-personalized learning, and the impact of AI on the future of work.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking engagements at industry conferences and active participation in relevant professional communities.
