Summary
Champions Group Holdings is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Brea, CA. The role involves conducting full-life-cycle recruiting for internal and external roles in support of hiring initiatives and strategies.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, manage the full recruitment process, develop an understanding of the marketplace, analyze data from ATS, ensure compliance with laws, and coordinate recruitment events. You will also be responsible for tracking candidate status and onboarding processes.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment and/or HR.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook).
- Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, employee benefits, labor law and compliance.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting in skilled trades.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Willingness to travel within designated region up to 25%.
