- Mortgage Sales Recruiting experience required.
- A minimum of three (3) years management experience.
- Knowledgeable with Applicant Tracking systems and/or HR Systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience working in HR or Recruiting.
