- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a similar field.
- Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail is a must.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with ethical AI principles (e.g., bias mitigation, privacy, consent).
