About the Role
As a Systems Specialist - Scrum Master, you will initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects and programs. You will facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily scrum meetings while collaborating with developers, testers, and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities include coaching team members in Agile frameworks, resolving conflicts, ensuring quality deliverables, and improving team velocity.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Bachelor's degree in management or a relevant field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, management, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in project management.
- Experience with budget, scope, and schedule management.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization.
