Summary
Vibrint is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer II to join their team in Annapolis, MD. The role involves providing customer support for HPC software to enable High Performance Computers to operate effectively.
About the Role
As a Systems Integration Engineer II, you will support a range of UNIX, LINUX, and Windows systems, desktop applications, servers, and networks. Your responsibilities will include integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous system environment. You will also be required to work with HPC GOTS scheduler and resource management software, and ensure structured troubleshooting.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and six (6) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous system environment.
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance.
- Experience with Linux Shell scripting, Object Oriented Programming Languages (C, C++, Java), Python programming, GCC compiler, multi-threaded software, parallel processing, CORBA, J2EE, Perl or JavaScript.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Configuration Management tools.
- Experience with structured troubleshooting skills.
