About You
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Systems Engineering.
- Strong understanding of systems architecture, requirements engineering, interface definition, and verification & validation.
- Experience applying and teaching systems engineering processes, including mentoring junior engineers.
- Proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and familiarity with requirements management tools.
- Relevant certifications such as INCOSE SEP, OMG MBSE certifications, or IREB.
- Experience with commercial aircraft design, FAR Part 25, and ARP-4761.
