Summary
Arcfield is seeking a Systems Engineer (Exercise and Integrations SETA) to join their team in Chantilly, VA. The role involves providing guidance and support to senior level government directors for ground enterprise solutions in the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.
About the Role
As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the acquisition and operations of complex mission systems and IT infrastructure. Your tasks will include validating acquisition strategies, integrating new systems, onboarding diverse data types, and translating complex technical findings into understandable narratives. You will also assist in preparing presentations and reports, monitor system schedules, identify risks, and facilitate meetings. Frequent client interactions and collaboration with various teams will be essential.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience, or 8 to 10 years with a Master's degree, or 5 to 7 years with a PhD.
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense.
- Strong project management skills and ability to brief project status to senior leadership.
- Extensive experience with Agile processes and software development.
