About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Computer Networking with 2-4 years' experience in IT infrastructure design.
- Experience with system administration and drafting technical documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Preferred:
- Knowledge and experience in Customer Care & Billing (CC&B).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write and refine SQL queries.
