Your duties will include ensuring appropriate engineering processes are applied, managing staffing levels, recruiting, performance assessments, career development, and overseeing a diverse group of engineers in Engineering & Technology.
About You
Required:
- Experience in systems engineering and software integration.
- Proven leadership and management skills in a technical environment.
Preferred:
- Background in defense or aerospace industries.
- Familiarity with Integrated Combat Systems and related technologies.
