About You
- 3 to 7 years of experience in IT related roles.
- Intermediate knowledge of Intune and Autopilot.
- Expertise in Windows configurations and services.
- Advanced knowledge of DNS, networking, cloud solutions, virtualization, and Active Directory.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Role Based Certifications, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, ITIL.
- Experience with ConnectWise, SCCM, or similar service management systems.
