About the Role
As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for managing warehouse processes, gathering requirements, developing and maintaining software applications, managing databases, generating reports and dashboards, and facilitating communication between users and IT teams. You will also collaborate with the Taiwan IT department and other departments to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
About You
Required:
- At least 2 years of experience in enterprise systems maintenance and application.
- Fluency in Chinese and English required due to direct communication with Chinese and English-speaking clients/customers/partners.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, procurement, warehouse management).
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with Taiwanese IT teams or in cross-cultural environments.
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP) experiences.
