About the Role
As a Surgical Technician, you will assist the doctor during surgeries, maintain anesthesia monitoring, provide clear pre-operative and post-operative instructions, adhere to safety guidelines, document patient records, maintain clinical equipment, and ensure excellent patient experiences.
About You
Required:
- Basic CPR Certification required.
- Ability to follow strict safety guidelines and procedures according to OSHA and office standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive rapport with patients and team members.
- Effective verbal communication skills with patients and staff.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing job duties and work schedules.
- Demonstrated active listening skills.
Preferred:
- Oral and Maxillofacial Assisting/Dental Assistant Certification preferred.
- Hepatitis B Vaccination & Titer.
- TB Vaccination & Titer.
