UF Health Central Florida is seeking a Supervisor for Food & Nutrition Services at UF Health Leesburg Hospital. This full-time, variable shift role involves managing dietary services to support the hospital's comprehensive healthcare offerings.

The Supervisor plans, manages, and controls all unit operations and resources to meet operating and financial goals under the direction of the Food and Nutrition Manager. Responsibilities include leading and coaching staff, planning and supervising special functions, maintaining cash control, delegating tasks, hiring and training personnel, ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment, enforcing safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining regulatory standards, monitoring employee productivity, resolving problems, preparing schedules, enforcing cleaning assignments, maintaining HACCP temperature logs, training employees, and working with patients and customers to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves using computer programs such as CBORD, TempTrac, and MS Office, operating a UFHCF vehicle for deliveries, and potentially filling in other roles as needed.
