About the Role
As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand and troubleshoot technical issues across our platform and integrations. You will assist with survey configuration, deployment, and interpreting survey data. Your responsibilities include serving as the first line of support, investigating product behaviors, and documenting support interactions to improve processes.
About You
Required:
- 0–2+ years of customer-facing technical support or solutions engineering experience.
- Strong communication skills and empathy for customers.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with engineering tools like GitHub, Jira, Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of APIs and how systems connect via webhooks or tokens.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
- Interest in or experience supporting survey tools or data interpretation workflows.
