About the Role
As a Support Services Administrator, you will be responsible for managing audit confirmations, assisting audit teams with reporting, handling invoicing and credit control, supporting procurement processes, and providing administrative support across all Lines of Service. You will also be part of a team that ensures seamless communication and coordination within the firm, greets clients, organizes business travel, and performs various ad-hoc administrative tasks.

- Experience in an administration role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver high-quality support.
- Strong IT skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Confidence in making external phone calls (local and international).
- Flexibility with working hours.
Preferred:

- Proficiency in CRM software and data management.
