Elida Beauty is seeking a Supply Planning Lead to join their team in NJ/NYC (Hybrid). The role involves taking ownership of supply planning for their brands and optimizing the supply chain.
About the Role
As a Supply Planning Lead, you will be responsible for managing the supply planning horizon for assigned brands, collaborating with various teams to align supply and business priorities, and contributing to S&OP cycles. You will also balance inventory across multiple warehouses, lead transitions of manufacturing locations, and leverage planning systems to improve responsiveness and accuracy.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of supply planning or end-to-end planning experience, preferably in consumer goods.
- Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills and advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated success in balancing inventory, service, and cost in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to lead and engage cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP/APS systems (SAP, Kinaxis, o9, or similar).
- Self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization.
