About the Role
As a Supervisor HIM On-Site, you will manage a cross-disciplinary team responsible for all aspects of HIM Operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, conducting performance evaluations, managing team projects, developing process improvement plans, and serving as a liaison between the HIM department and local entities. You will also ensure compliance with regulations and policies, monitor staff schedules, and provide backup for HIM functions as necessary.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Two (2) years of relevant experience if holding an Associate's Degree, or six (6) years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma or GED.
