About the Role
As a Senior Back-End Engineer on the UpLink team, you will own the back-end development lifecycle for new features, collaborate with the team to design and implement event-driven, cloud-native backend systems, build and optimize APIs, scale UpLink's infrastructure, and maintain the backend architecture. You will also drive technical excellence and contribute to the culture of a fast-moving startup.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience working as a back-end engineer, with deep expertise in Python and Azure.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving teams, delivering high-quality software independently and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to creatively balance speed and quality.
Preferred:
- A self-motivated and independent approach, taking ownership of your work while collaborating effectively with the team.
