Summary
Path Construction is seeking a qualified Superintendent - Multi-Family Construction to join their organization in the Chicago, IL area. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction projects, particularly in mid-rise multi-family developments.
About the Role
As a Superintendent, you will lead and manage subcontractors, oversee construction projects from initial planning to completion, administer safety programs, and ensure customer service and quality control. You will be expected to be an expert in general construction techniques and problem-solving across various construction facets.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of building and construction management experience.
- Ground up mid-rise multi-family experience.
- OSHA Site Safety experience.
- Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment.
Preferred:
- 9+ years of building and construction management experience.
- Associates/Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in commercial projects, hospitals, public projects, schools, multifamily, etc.
- Estimating experience.
- Working knowledge of project management software (Microsoft Office and SAGE 300 CRE).
- OSHA 30 Hour Training.
- LEED Project Experience.
