- Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred).
- Demonstrated interest in financial services, asset management, or sales through academic, extracurricular, or work experiences.
- Working knowledge of asset management.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Bloomberg, eVestment, & Morningstar.
