About the Role
As a Student Information Systems (SIS) Technical Developer, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining integration systems between various platforms, including Department of Education systems and student information systems. You will create and maintain automations, develop PeopleSoft queries, and ensure compliance with security policies. The role requires collaboration with technical teams to support the student lifecycle through effective data integration and process automation.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in a related field plus two (2) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with a major Student Information System (e.g., PeopleSoft, Banner, Workday) in a higher education environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Boomi AtomSphere, MuleSoft).
- Familiarity with cloud services and development tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS).
- Advanced proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
- Experience working in a higher education setting.
