As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives across operations, conducting end-to-end analysis, building dashboards for decision-making, identifying trends, and operationalizing new products or policy changes. You will work closely with leadership to implement solutions that drive high-impact outcomes.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar field.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Metabase.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Background in data-informed decision-making and partnering with multi-functional teams.
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently.
- Passionate about financial inclusion and building a fairer credit system.
