About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end projects and deliver outcomes with precision and accountability.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including experience in building custom models and analyzing labor or financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience creating dashboards or reports using business intelligence tools (Tableau preferred).
- Highly analytical with strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience working with relational databases and understanding of data validation best practices.
