About the Role
As a Staff Software Development Engineer in Test, you will lead quality engineering initiatives, integrate AI tools into the development lifecycle, and empower engineers to take ownership of code quality. Your responsibilities include designing automation frameworks, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices in test automation across the organization.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in quality engineering with a focus on test automation and infrastructure ownership.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (and/or TypeScript) with experience in large-scale web test automation frameworks.
Preferred:
- Experience with AI quality frameworks for front-end testing.
- Prior experience in a technical leadership role and familiarity with CI/CD software development life cycles.
