About the Role
As a Staff RN in the PACU, you will be responsible for ensuring patient safety, providing pain management support, formulating discharge plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient recovery. You will also participate in performance improvement activities and maintain high patient satisfaction scores.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider certification.
- Registered Nurse - NJ license.
Preferred:
- Previous nursing experience.
- TNCC certification (or must obtain within 1 year of hire).
- ACLS certification (or must obtain within 6 months of hire).
