About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Science, Math or other Quantitative Field, or commensurate experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Services or FinTech and consumer lending.
- Advanced SQL and coding skills for data segmentation and aggregation.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau and Quicksight.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis including A/B and multivariate testing.
- Strong analytical ability and proven business acumen.
- Experience working with Key Performance Indicator (KPI or OKR) metrics.
- Ability to tell stories with data and motivate stakeholders to act on recommendations.
- High degree of accountability, organization, and empathy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
