About the Role
As a Staff Formulation Scientist, you will be responsible for driving material science excellence, developing polymer binder-based membrane formulations, executing laboratory experiments, and managing supplier relationships. You will also document experimental details, contribute to new IP generation, and ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of polymer material science and engineering for product safety and form, fit, and function.
Preferred:
- Experience with polymer emulsions, dispersions, and water-based coating chemistries.
- Experience with biochemical and biophysical techniques, including protein binding/enzyme kinetics and assay development.
