Summary
RINA is currently recruiting for a Staff Engineer - Bridge Inspection to join its office in Cleveland or Columbus, OH, Chicago IL or Houston, TX within the North America Infrastructure & Mobility Division.
About the Role
As a Staff Engineer - Bridge Inspection, you will perform field inspections to document structural conditions, assist in preparing engineering computations and designs, utilize MicroStation and/or AutoCAD for engineering drawings, and compile project contract documents. You will work closely with experienced engineers, gaining valuable field and technical experience while progressing toward becoming an NBIS certified team leader.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or equivalent fields of study from an ABET accredited institution.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire date.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Entry-level bridge inspection or design experience.
- Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
