About the Role
About You
- Must be a licensed nurse in Massachusetts.
- At least 4 years of clinical nursing experience.
- At least 2 years of progressive management or staff development/infection preventionist experience in a nursing home/long-term care setting.
- Certification as an Infection Preventionist required (must be obtained within 6 months of accepting the position).
- Nursing management/leadership experience.
- Knowledge of the Virtual Gateway.
- Significant computer experience including with electronic medical records, Word, and Excel.

The Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center offers a variety of individualized healthcare services and therapy programs to families in Hyannis, Cape Cod, and surrounding communities throughout Massachusetts. The Pavilion has recently been awarded the 2019 Silver National Quality Award by the American Health Care Association (AHCA). Our 82 bed facility is fully accredited by Joint Commission and is Medicare/Medicaid Certified.
